Online-listed watches are covered by our authenticity guarantee and include a 90-day limited functional warranty from the day they reach you. Approved claims are handled through repair first, then replacement where repair is not possible, or another remedy required by law.

Guaranteed authentic
All online-listed watches are covered by our authenticity guarantee. If authenticity is questioned, contact us before arranging an evaluation. A qualified third-party assessment with written documentation is required for review. Confirmed cases are handled under the full policy and applicable law. Authenticity of the watch is separate from originality of every component; each listing states which parts are confirmed original, replaced, or unknown.
90-day limited functional warranty
Ninety days of limited functional coverage from the day it reaches you: movement failure, timekeeping outside policy tolerance, day and date, and complications.
7-day DOA notification window
If a watch arrives non-functional, tell us within seven days of delivery so we can review the claim. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and can speed up the review.
Documented inside and out
We photograph and record each watch, externally and internally, before it sells. Every claim is checked against that honest baseline.
Why it matters
A 90-day limited functional warranty is uncommon for vintage watches.
We offer it because we only list pieces we have verified, documented, and would wear ourselves. The guarantee is not a sales line. It is the natural result of how each watch is chosen and checked before it reaches you.
How a claim works
Simple, and handled personally.
Message us on Instagram within the warranty period with your order details and clear photos or video.
We exhaust repair first, using original or high-quality compatible parts where needed.
If repair is not possible, the next option is replacement with an item of equal or higher value, or another remedy required by applicable law.
You cover insured shipping to us. If the claim is approved, we cover return shipping within the Philippines.
This is a limited warranty for watches sold through our online listings. It does not cover water damage unless the watch was pressure-tested and this was stated in the listing, consumables such as straps and clasps, disclosed cosmetic wear, accidents, misuse, magnetization, unauthorized repairs, modification or tampering, or change of mind. The complete coverage, timekeeping tolerances, and claim conditions are in the full terms. Watches sold at popups, flea markets, or not listed online are sold as-is, subject to applicable law.
