Ninety days of functional coverage from the day it reaches you. Movement, timekeeping within tolerance, date, and complications.
Arrives-working protection
If a watch arrives not running, tell us within seven days of delivery and we will sort it out. An unboxing video helps us move faster.
Documented inside and out
We photograph and record each watch, externally and internally, before it sells. Every claim is checked against that honest baseline.

How a claim works
Simple, and handled personally.
Message us on Instagram within the warranty period with your order details and clear photos or video.
We exhaust repair first, using original or high-quality compatible parts where needed.
If repair is not possible, we move to replacement, and to a refund where the law requires it.
You cover insured shipping to us. If the claim is approved, we cover return shipping within the Philippines.
