Bloom & Time PH (registered business name: BLOOMANDTIME.PH JEWELRY AND WATCH STORE), serving Metro Manila, Philippines, is responsible for your personal information. For any privacy question or request, contact us through Instagram DM (@bloomandtime.ph).

• Details you give us when you inquire or buy, such as your name, Instagram handle, contact number, delivery address, and your messages.
• Purchase, payment, delivery, and warranty records.
• Records of the permissions you give us, and when.
• How you use the website, only if you accept optional tracking.
• Basic technical information needed to deliver the website, such as browser and device type.

• To answer your inquiries and complete your purchase, delivery, or meetup.
• To provide warranty and after-sales support.
• To run and secure the website.
• To understand how the website and our Instagram inquiries perform, only with your consent.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We send marketing only if you have separately agreed to it for that channel. Accepting optional tracking on this website is not permission to send you marketing.

Some of these providers process information outside the Philippines. We do not sell personal information.

• Inquiries that do not lead to a purchase: up to 12 months.
• Purchase and warranty records: 5 years, for tax, warranty, and legal purposes.
• Delivery address and contact number: until delivery plus 90 days, unless needed for a warranty claim or legal reason.
• Records of your permissions: while they apply, plus 3 years.
• Website reference codes: 90 days.
• Google Analytics data: 2 months. Vercel and Meta keep data under their own policies (Vercel, Meta).

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, object to its use including for marketing, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. Send your request through Instagram DM (@bloomandtime.ph). We may ask for enough information to confirm it is you, but nothing more.
